To enable you to successfully complete this form and submit your entry without delay, can you please ensure you have the following information/documentation to hand as described below and then ‘Proceed to Booking‘. It is imperative that all of the information entered on the application form is accurate to avoid any possible issues at a later date.
A recent โhead & shouldersโ photograph, taken within the last month, and adhering to the following criteria:
- Clear and focused
- Forward facing, looking directly into the camera
- Not have anything covering the face
- In colour
- Untouched by photo editing software
- Show no other objects or persons
- Required in either jpeg, jpg or png format only
- Can be taken from your mobile phone/tablet
Photo ID
Photo ID is required to confirm your identity and is to be shown/available at each and every examination session you attend. Forms of Photo Id we accept are:
- Current UK or other nationalities passport
- National identity card bearing a photograph of the applicant
- A current UK or European phot-card driving license
- UK provisional photo-card driving license
- If the applicant holds none of the Photo IDs specified above, please contact arc exams and we will arrange for a โNo Photo IDโ form to be sent to you for completion.
Unique Candidate Identifier (UCI)
If you have previously sat examinations in the UK, either at school or another examination centre, a UCI number will already exist for you. This number can be found on any exam certificates issued to you previously.
