Deadline Dates

All Awarding Organisations (AOs) impose strict examination entry deadline dates to ensure they can efficiently plan the logistics of delivering exams, namely; Allocating resources, assigning examiners and printing examination materials to name but a few. Entries received after advertised deadlines can disrupt carefully scheduled processes and jeopardise provision of examination papers and delivery of results. AOs impose non-refundable ‘late entry’ fees, for any entries made after the entry deadline date, to recover the costs associated with the additional processing requirements and to promote the submission of entries by the advertised closing dates.

Access Arrangements

For any candidate wishing to apply for Access Arrangements there is another deadline date to consider. All Awarding Organisations impose strict deadlines for receipt of Access Arrangement applications and supporting evidence from examination centres. arc exams too sets its own definitive AA entry deadlines, presented in the table below and the date by which all evidence is required by us, thereby allowing sufficient time to process applications and address any specific issues that could jeopardise the application, prior to submission to the Awarding Organisation.
